Grammar school, high school/specialization for teaching in
childrens school-this job done for 5 years, then 5 years in London just
accompanying my husband; when coming back to CR starting in IKEA:
1 year in Customer Service-deputy of mngr,
3 years CS manager,
4 years CS and Cash/Customer Care dep./ manager,
2 years Admistration and Contolling mngr in store
since then current job,
education organized by IKEA focusing on managers skills,
trainers skills, self-managed training, international IKEA
conferences, special IKEA training/internet...

Uppers
A lot of nice people around me, no time for getting older an older...in IKEA
each day something NEW comes on, a lot of changes and possibilities for everybody
I learnet a lot thanks to IKEA-I am different person since I came here and I am
proud of myself and IKEA as well!

Lack of spare time/to invest in hobbyes, familly, friends/
some IKEA decisions take too much time/giant company.

Monthly salary: brutto 2333 eur.
