Advice to Jobseekers
I graduated with a MBA degree, specializing in Human Resource
Management.
My advice to anyone considering the Human Resources field is to
get your foot in the door by working as an HR Clerk, a payroll
clerk, a staffing assistant or any entry level position in the HR
Field. In addition, education is vital.
Experience plus an education will put you in the position to move
up to salary levels ranging from the 40K to over 100K per year
range.
I am also working on my JD degree, specializing in
Employment/Labor Law. This should give my career another giant
boost to propel me into the 6 figure range.
