Job Responsibilities
Administer benefit programs, employee relations, liaison with
insurance companies, update employee files along with our HR
systems program. Responsible for monthly insurance billings.
Administer Cobra & HIPPA. Backup for our Health Services nurse,
HR assistant & in the absence of our VP, will act in the best
interest of the Company. Many other duties as needed.

Job Requirements
Associates degree or 1-3 years experience. Classes & seminars a
few times per year to keep abreast of program.

Everyday is a learning experience. It is never boring. Working with all levels

8:30-4:30, no traveling, we do have a social events during the year. busines
casual dress with casual dress (jeans) on Friday.

Compensation
salary is comparable with benefits much better than other
companies in the area. 401(k) & Retirement are offered. There
