Job Responsibilities
I represent real estate developers and lenders in all aspects of
real estate law. This involves a lot of contract negotiation,
document preparation, due diligence and strategy. I work
approximately 10-12 hours per day, 5 days per week. Typically,
50% of each day involves contract drafting and preparation. 25%
involves negotiation and strategy with clients and/or opposing
counsel. 25% involves due diligence review.
