Location: Boston, MA
Experience: Mid-level
Highest Level of Education: High School Diploma

Job Responsibilities
I process gifts for a development department tied to a major hospital. We process incoming gifts, including coding and identifying gifts, updating addresses, mailings. I am employed full time.
Job Requirements
High School diploma required, accuracy and attention to detail and mathematical ability.
Uppers
We get tuition reimbursement and subsidized t-passes.
Downers
It's like working in a sweatshop and we are micromanaged to death!
Lifestyle
The dress code is business casual, I work 9-5, no travel, we do have a holiday party but since we are not located at the actual hospital we do not have an opportunity to participate much. Diversity is apparent here. I would recommend concentrating on other areas of the medical profession other than development and fundraising.
Compensation
We receive a competitive salary, a choice of health and dentalplans, investment plans and other perks.
Advice to Jobseekers
