Just have to ask for the sale during the interview process. HS
degree is the only requirment.

Uppers
Good pay during the busy hours... that is when it isn't bad to work there.

Downers
Long hours, all year, but rewarded (during the Christmas rush and
tax season only). If you come out of the shoot strong, you will
be pushed hard because you have so much potential. If you are
weak starting, you will be pushed to get to that strong runner!
Don't be surprised if the strong runner is getting a little help
from management. Management likes to put someone up high because
it "inspires people to strive to beat them". Of course product
availability is always hard... tell your customer it is in stock
to get the sale? Or lose the sale... which do you think GW prefers?

Compensation
Base salary $1400/month, recoverable draw system, plus commission.
On average $35-$45 per year... most money made between Nov-Dec
and Feb-May.
