Job Responsibilities
Oversee all functions of the admin. office.
Ensure payroll is done on time for 200+ staff .
Ensure all typing requests for management, fire prevention,
training, etc are met on time (as required).
Ensure all credit card purchases are recorded and data entered
on time (4 hours a week).
Make sure supplies are ordered in time (oversee).
Handle confidential material (as required).
Assist in the implementation of a new records management system.
Send out sick letter requests as per collective agreeement
handle all shift and divisional transfer.

Have been working here for 15 years and gained most of the
required knowledge through experience.
Graduated high school.
Took college courses.

I completely enjoy my job - however, there are some stressful
days as the fire fighters are exposed to very sad situations and
hearing about certain calls and loss of life is sometime
difficult
