Job Responsibilities
During the past year, I have worked closely in a project role
with the Project Team. I expanded my training in this role and
voluntarily worked on PD testingas needed. I have participated
and completed large masses of data clean up initiative
projects. I have run criticaldaily reports and communications
with my team and/or ADP/RDS technical support. I have learned
the process to differentiate between testing scripts and testing
environments. I have participated in daily SETE conference
meetings, which focused on the CORE/ ADP conversion. I completed
training and became proficient on the ADP functions and how they
relate and impactthe CORE/MBS 'Take-Down'. I have contributed
above normal expectations on various projects by working
extended hours as needed within the team. I participated in all
of the 'dress rehearsals', which was a major contribution to the
overall success of 'ADP GOES Live' weekend. Daily reports run,
to insure Client account set up and modificaton.

Associate of Science Degree.

bi weekly pay check.

Lifestyle
My standard work hours are 9am-6:30pm. Due to the nature of my job functions
which also include some project work, I am sometimes forced to stay longer hours,
work weekend and even overnights for testing systems.

Compensation
30,800.....not nearly enough for 9 years of service to this
company.

Advice to Jobseekers
Prepare your self as much as possible for entering the corporate
world. This could include education, traiing, researching the
company first before applying, weigh all options.
