Job Profile: Imparting Technical Process and Soft Skills
Training to the new employees, as well as imparting refresher
training to old employees. Supporting the provision of classroom-
based training as well as on job training to all Technical
Support Associates. Supporting the provision and development of
new training products. Managing and maintaining the feedback
system. Maintaining the Learning Zone Web-site (Intranet),
seeking and providing suitable new content. Connecting TSA's to
goals and providing professional training linked to business
goals. Applying behavioral science to the work flows. Other
relevant duties listed by the Manager-Training.
Other Responsibilities:
*Contribute to the effective working of the Team and the
successful completion of the Team Goals.
*Contribute to the sharing of best practice and expertise across
the organization.
*Contribute to effective communication in and between teams.
*Identify any areas of work or services that could be
modernized/improved.
* Creating standard operating procedures for process
implementation.
*Preparing Process Training & Soft Skills Training modules.
*Developing sales, behavioral, customer service &leadership
skills.
