Job Responsibilities
Manage 11-15 employees. Responsible for attendance, payroll,
production, training, hiring, firing, dispatching loads, quality
control, etc.

Job Requirements
Minimum BS in any major to be in management. I hold 2 MBA's. I
am on a executive career path...supposedly.

Uppers
Best part of my job is when all of my senior managers leave for the day, and
when I get to go home. I have a great coworker which helps.

Downers
Working 12+ hours a day with no lunch. Having to come in and
get my butt ripped daily because they are never happy. Working
some weekends on top of the 12+hour days. Working on salary.
Working from 1pm to 1am or later. Having people who work for
you who are lazy. I come from 14 years with UPS. I would love
to get out of transportation except that I need the job. Some
people like FedEx ground...Ex RPS ground business. This company
is just like UPS. Between the two, I think FedEX is still the
best.

Lifestyle
Job outlook for this company is very good. It is in extreme
growth right now. If you can handle the long hours, no life,
and so so pay, you can promote.

Compensation
Compensation....let's just say that it is enough to feed my face
but no more, better than $40k year. I feel like I am making
minimum wage with the hours I work. bonuses are about 5%-10% of
pay. Benefits are okay, not the best, deductibles are high. No
stock.
