Job Responsibilities
Managing executive calendars, coordinating interviews, software training, events & meeting coordinator, sales reporting, and a variety of other office duties.

It's difficult to move into higher level roles because of the type-casting for Administrative Assistants, in general.
Lifestyle
Usually the job only requires 8-5 but there are special circumstances in which more hours may be needed. If the superior is willing there can be travel within the US for an occassional meeting. There are frequent opportunities for social events as this is the sales division. The dress is business casual but my trade is dominated by women, at least that is the case in this company
Compensation
This has been my trade since high school. Having only recently completed my college education the salary sounds good for new comers but for veterans like myself it's okay but I can't buy a home in Vail. A base of $45k is average with a bonus, depending on the success of the company. Benefits are great.
Advice to Jobseekers
Definitely have a career plan to move out of the role quickly as it can to a glass ceiling, quickly, should you receive the higher pay.
