Job Responsibilities
On the property I work on the duties are pick trash,empty dog
stations,check/clean loundry rooms and thats about 1 in the
morning then I check w/o's for the day in the summer time its a/c
calls and thats about 10 hour work day or until dusk and in the
winter time its heater calls 8 hours and the rest of the time
its hot water heaters, toilets, elect, and floods and pools

Job Requirements
Equity does offer levels 1, 2, and 3 on classes depends on witch
postion you are trying to get with in the company and the
classes are pools, elect, pluming, heaters and a/c and so on ans
all you have to is ask the sup. or the mgr to set you up in the classes depends
on the property the load can light or heavy.

Uppers
The best part I would have to say is when you can put a smile on a residents
face wheater be fixing something or helping them with a package to just spending
a few min. just talking to them.

Downers
The bad part is when a resident gets frustrated and when you are
the w/o guy you hear it all whearter be a w/o to mgn to personal
issues and the trash people just throw on the ground.

Lifestyle
All around this field is good it can be very challenging at
times and this field will all ways be around the chocies are
very many.

Compensation
It's pretty much standerd for reg. employees at the end
of the year but through out the year you do get a small bounce
every quarter but sup. on up are better but thats at the end of
the year for them and the stock options are good if you get on
with equity get some and the benefits are really good.
