Job Responsibilities
Ensuring hard drives are free from contaminant and defect. A single test requires about half an hour to two hour; depending on the requirements.

Minimum entry requirement is diploma and the job status depends also on work experience.

The ability to work in your own pace with no managers breathing down your back. Nobody even bothers if you were to take extended breaks, just as long you've finished your work, of course!
Downers
Testing of drive components requires one to sit and it takes a minimum of half an hour, so if you were required to test various components, imagine how sore your butt must be from whole day of sitting!
Lifestyle
The management are generous. Engineers are given the oppurtunity to attend overseas seminar, up to a week stay! Working hours are regular but of course, it is expected that you are to complete the task before calling it a day.
