Customer Claims and Quality Systems Audits

Uppers
Being able to improve own systems and upgrade the job quality and environment.

Downers
If no support from the boss or get a very big and unsolved claims
from customer. Cannot understand the nature of problems and root
cause while cutomer is chasing to close the issues.

Lifestyle
Fixed working hours, normally need to extend few hours. Light travel and need
to do some entertainment if here is customer visit like do lunch and dinner. Must
dress up occasionally.

Compensation
Basically have base salary plus travel allowancce. Every year
bonusses varies from 1-4 months.

Outgoing, soft spoken (polite) and knows your manners. Need to
dress up occaionally and light or excessive travel depends on the
customer place and location.
