Potential racial profiling and harassment. Midwestern small-time way of thinking. Lack of global experience and professionalism, lack of cultural transformation. Appearance is more important than intelligence, i.e. overweight and intelligent verses slim and lack intelligence. Management can not be trusted. What you are told to get there is totally different than what you receive once on board. Ask questions, get all things in writing if you can.
Lifestyle
Lifestyle should be flexible, depending on position expectation is 50-70 hours a week to be successful and on a management track. Global travel within the first 1-2 years of employment. Advice to Jobseekers
Find another company to work. Or use this company for the training, travel, and resume experience entry. Do not stay longer than 2 years maximum and then move on to a real career. I did but unfortunately I spent 11 years here, 9 of which could have been better spent. Do not get caught up and become complacent to your environment. Remember, another person can not define your career, only you can.
