Job Responsibilities
1. Gathering articles from various writers, authors, cooks, essayists and poets. 2. Editing the articles for the literature content. Beuatify the article in literary sense if possible. 3. Type in the Dialect in which the magazine runs. 4. Take care of the computer's technical part. 5. Create the various HTML pages and do the necessary programming. 6. Publish it on the Web over the Internet. 7. Notify the contributors about the new publication. 8. Collect the feedback of the contributors and readers. 9. Periodically add new sections like humour, etc to expand the publication scope. 10. Periodically have new initiatives to get more people interested in reading the publication (currently there are 1000 unique readers per month).
Job Requirements
1. Students of literature who are interested in creativity and publication. 2. Course in computers to make oneself familiar with the technologies used. 3. Course in Computer Graphics to design the various graphical items of the publication. 4. Inclination for generating Web Designs through a course in Web Designing. 5. Creativity, attitude, passion, urge to excel are other important qualifications needed.

1. Can run it the way I want to run it. 2. Has a lot of creativity involved in the job that can throw new challenges. 3. The job is multidisciplinary. 4. Job involves interacting with new and like minded people daily. 5. Provides me the scope to become known in the literary world.
Downers
1. Correcting spellings in the articles that the contributors send. 2. Formatting the articles sent by the contributors. 3. There are a lot of routine jobs to be done for making the articles ready for the computer (before the computer technology is applied).
Lifestyle
1. Since it is run by me entirely, all of this couldbe decided by me. 2. Travel is not needed extensively if there are representatives in the various places from where the news coverage items are provided. 3. Literary conventions are the main congregation points for the contributors, editors and publishers.
Compensation
In my case, since it is run by me, it is completely decided by me. Currently I am running it as a non-profit organization.

1. Creativity, attitude, passion, urge to excel are extremely important for being successful in the job. 2. Hard working attitude is a MUST.
