Job Responsibilities
Design for customer requirements - 25 hrs/week Trouble shooting existing products - 5 hrs/week Setup new parts/drawings - 5 hrs/week Misc. administrative activities - 5 hrs/week
Job Requirements
BS in mechanical or electrical engineering Desireable to have or be working toward MS in engineering field
Uppers
New designs for customer requirments. Successful release of products. Investigation into problems.
Downers
Administrative activities that must be done - company driven initiatives.
Lifestyle
Travel about once a month to suppliers or customers. I also travel for customer complaint issues. Team environment. Everyone works well here together.
Compensation
Salary is based on experience. There are no bonuses or over-time. There is a very good 401K available and great match. Medical coverage is good and reasonable.
