Job Responsibilities
Qualifying clients budget for project. ALL aspects of finish selections. Project management.
Job Requirements
Not really relevant for my current level of experience.
Uppers
New and fresh projects each time.
Downers
I am way under paid. Restrictive career path allows little opportunity to increase pay.
Lifestyle
Must be constantly adjusted to clients schedule, nights and weekends. They will not publish "calendars" more than two weeks out. Very awkward to let clients know if you will be there on an evening or weekend. Dress code is business casual. Industry events get light support from management. No funds to travel to major events.
Compensation
$30,000, bonuses are limited (the last one was achieved and they found ways to reduce the pay out to $25.00 a person!). Very aggressive project completion and payment due time lines. Company stock options, 401K and other typical benefits.
Advice to Jobseekers
Demand a higher salary when you start!!!! Overall good corporation to work for.
