Job Responsibilities
I take care of all facets of the business. From financial to the
actual hands on. I do everything from cleaning houses, helping
take care of the elderly, personal shopping, animal care, etc.

Job Requirements
There is no academics, it would be hands on training and is very
simple.

Uppers
The best part of my job is total freedon to set my own schedule and select my
customers! I am my own boss!

Downers
No helath insurance, job security isn't as sound as some places.
If a customer loses their job, then I'm likely to lose mine, but
that doesn't happen very often.

Lifestyle
Flexible work hours, minimal travel, dress code is very loose.

Compensation
Salary varies... any where from $10-15 an hour... lots of
bonuses, people paying extra, and gifts are always given! Stock
options are not offered.

Advice to Jobseekers
If you're looking for flexibility, this is the job for you. It works great for a
mom trying to re-enter the work force. My schedule is set up around the kids
school. I work for wonderful people, and don't feel stiffled by an office with
dress codes and no understanding when you get a call that your child is sick! I
can't imagine working anywhere else!
