Job Responsibilities
Review Corporate Offers (20 hours/wk) Meet with other Directors to discuss fund raising (10 hours/wk) Work with investment administrators to determine how to leverage assets available. (10 hours/wk) Track progress of programs and assets: phone/email/fax (20 hours/wk)

Some college preferably Liberal Arts (macro vs micro perspective) International Off-Campus study (1 semester+summer) Living on Campus (crucial: helps w/group dynamics, time/financial mgmt) Small Business Administration (Mom&Pop type shop: you learn all aspects of running a profitable business) (2years) Global Project Manager Administration (10 years)
Uppers
Choose who you work with: Clients & Co-Workers Flexible work schedule: while project driven can work 6-7am then 9pm-12mid or 6am-midnight for 7 days and off for 6weeks w/some phone contact. Compensation: Can determine own compensation.

Volume and detail of offers to review, most (80%)in the wrong format and about 95% that could not proceed. Compensation: As a principal, paid last for benefit of programs.
Lifestyle
Very condusive with family life: full-time stay-at-home parent and full-time executive. Pretty much tied to computer & cellphone. You can get hours of work done while at the playground.
Compensation
Base 300K/yr. + Office space + vehicle+ expenses. Depends on investments successfully having strong yield. Position allows for consulting which also generates personal income which gets donated back to the operating budget.
