Job Responsibilities
Audit client's human capital needs including overall strategy,
compliance and metrics. Establish a plan for delivery of
services, create plans including areas of: organizational
development, organizational effectiveness, organizational
management, human resource management, human resource
development, employment law compliance, discrimination claims,
affirmative action programs, expert legal witness, training,
recruiting, employee relations and various HR-related areas and
tasks.
In a director position, largely my time is spent in the areas
of: developing services, strategy for delivering services, and
client issue escalation.

Job Requirements
Required: Bachelor's degree, preferrably in HRM, OB, or
Business, certification as SPHR (Senior Professional in Human
Resources), Master's in Organizational Development of MBA
desired. 10 years experience in HR minimum (12- 15 preferred)

Ability of focus on aligning businesses' strategic objectives with their HR
platform.

You must prove the value of delivering this product, which can
be a significant challenge, without the proper ROI tools. To a
CFO oftentimes the value of OD or human capital management is
not easily identifiable.

Must be willing to work at a harried pace to finalize services for clients,
HR/OD must be at the core of who you are and you must deliver the values of it
constantly. (60 hours+/ week)

Compensation
Base salary for the director position varies from a base of
$85,000 - $135,000, plus 10% bonus based on client retention.
