Job Responsibilities
Maintenance of office premises, Expatriate houses.
Purchase of various office equipments and house hold
furniture and housing equipments / furniture items etc. for the
Expats personnel.
Controlling / monitoring the functioning of the office
Pantry /Canteen.
Appointment of drivers/various other office staff and
controlling their activities.
Monitoring / controlling the operation of cars under the
Administration dept.
Liaison with various agencies such as MTNL, DVB, ESI /
Factory Inspectors / Directors.
Controlling the functioning of more than 50 telephone
lines and 100 Extensions with Call tracking Software installed
in the EPABX.
Controlling of Communication Centre for Telex, Fax &
SWIFT messages of various departments & distributing them on
daily basis.
Controlling of Maintenance of Generator Set & AC Plant
of office.
Purchase & Distribution of Stationery & various other
requirements of office staff & various other jobs
responsibilities.

Job Requirements
As far as Training is concerned, I have never got any training
in Deutsche Bank AG ever. They have no academic nature of
program in Delhi Branch.

The best part of my job is that, when I was going to join Deutsche Bank. I came
to know that Deutsche Bank is world's top bank. So I was excited about this
that
I am going to join best bank in the world. I feel about this that they must be
having world's best ethics & job environment.

Downers
As I have joined Deutsche Bank due to its worldwide image &
being world top bank at that time. But unfortunately after
joing Deutsche Bank I found reverse of it. As my Boss is the
worst person to work with somebody, because he always remains in
very hot temper & have no respect for their subordinates. By
this type of attitude by my boss, I was very disappointed.

Lifestyle
My pure advise to newcomers is that as far as Deutsche Bank,
India operations is concerned its not best in the world. You
may find better atmosphere in some other Bank's in India. Like
ABN AMRO Bank, Citi Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank.
But Yes. If Deutsche Bank, outside India or in Germany or any
European country this can be better job for you. Deutsche Bank
is more consentrating in European countries. Its operation in
India is very much aloof from worldwide. Top management people
in Deutsche Bank Germany does not concernt about Deutsche Bank
India operations very much. This I understand while I tries to
send some corsenpondence to Deutsche Bank, Germany top
management & they never tries to reply back or nor they have
never given acknowlegement of receiving my letter. This I feel
very unprofessional in the part of Deutsche Bank top management.

Compensation
CRES against permanent vacancy and was paid @ Rs. 10,956.77 per
month. This includes Basic + D.A. + Conveyance.
Bonus as far is concerned I have never received from Deutsche
Bank in my 1 year service.

Advice to Jobseekers
