Job Responsibilities
I spend about half of my time drafting motions, which involves both conducting
legal research, the writing of the motion itself, and the actual filing. For
products liability cases, I am involved in contacting experts and developing our
factual and scientific defense to plaintiffs' claims. Finally, about one fifth
of my time is spent reviewing documents as part of the formal litigation
discovery process.
