Job Responsibilities
I am employed by a school district as an aide in the child care
lab. My duties involve the day to day care of children from age
6 weeks to preschool. This includes but is not limited too,
feeding, diapering, interacting, socializing, and primary care.

Job Requirements
As a state accredited day care program all employees are
required to have at least 6 hours of outside child care related
courses. We also must all be up to date on child cpr and first
aide.

Working with the children. It is an extremely rewarding job!

It also has time of high stress. Especially with infants, there
are always variables that can throw your day into chaos.

Lifestyle
I am employed part time, full time is 7 1/2 hours a day. Dress code in our
department is very casual, usually jeans and tshirt. Summers are off, but no pay.

I am paid a per hour wage.

clearances and start looking.
