Collection of microfossils for biostragaphic analysis. This help
to delineate the environment of deposition and to infer the age
of the the rock where the samples are being collected.these are
all useful to delineate the oil bearin capacity of the rock.

Job Requirements
The education requirements for the program are purely
scientific. You need the basic knowledge of
chemistry, physics, mathematics, English language and biology to
qualify for Geology for the undergraduate degree program and the
the minimum of upper credit to study master program say, Master
program in Micropaleontology aspect of the geology field.

The best part of the job is tha is quiet rewarding in term of money (salary). It
give you the opportunity to travel far and wide. It would also enable you to

The worst part is that you have to be apart from your family for
about 3 weeks out of every month. One also run the risk of
encountering dazangerous animals in the forest while collecting
samples.

The lifestyle is from office to bed.the working hours is quiet long.there is
only room for socialising every last week of the month.the part of this work
actually is offshore and as such one can enjoy himself by enjoying his work

Compensation
The compensaton is rewarding, $12,000 per month. There is staff
residents for those tha care or otherwise will reive house
allowance. He is also entitle for medical care from the company's
hospital and all his family members if he is married.there is
also scholarship awards for the children at the higher education
level. For every promotion there is a change of car.

The advice for the job seekers, get a very good undergraduate
grade, at least upper credit, with a master degree in oil/gas or
micropaleontology then enjoy yourself doing the work, don't opt
for the job because of its rewads but because you love it. The
oil/gas industry owns a good prospect in the future.
