Job Requirements
The more educated you are the better. Go to college and do a major that you love and enjoy. Network and joing groups in college. Take a stressful class and learn how to harness that positively. Communicate with your teachers. Don't go just to get a degree. Go to learn.
Uppers
The best part of my job is that it is high paced extremely stressful and rewarding. It is tough and extremely hard to be outstanding and stellar.
Downers
The downers is you better love hearing "NO" and rebounding from it. You better love to cold call and you better be able to handle stress. You can work on a deal foor months and watch it evaporate in a moment.
Lifestyle
It is high energy, high paced. There is minimal travel at this level, but when you become a Consultant the travel will be extensive. The hours will be long if you want to be the best. Have a strong ethic and work hard as hard as you can and you will be succesful. Network and keep on Networking. Call everyone back and speak to everyone.
Compensation
Base and salary will depend on the company. It never starts out good, but if you work hard you will be compensated.
Advice to Jobseekers
Go to a company where you can be mentored. The sky is the limit.
