Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance of office premises, Expatriate houses. - Purchase of various office equipments and household furniture and housing equipments / furniture items etc. - Controlling / monitoring the functioning of the office Pantry /Canteen. - Finalizing Transportation services for the office personnel / associates. - Controlling of drivers/various other office staff. - Monitoring / controlling the operation of cars under the Administration deptt. - Liaison with various agencies such as MTNL, DVB, ESI / Factory Inspectors / Directors. etc.

I have left the my previous job with Chinatrust Commercial Bank only due to I get appointment in Deutsche Bank AG. This was not doing very good in India but it is the number one bank worldwide that time. That's why I joined Deutsche Bank AG leaving my 4.5 yrs. of services with Chinatrust Commercial Bank.
Downers
Worst part of my services is that I was mentally torched by my senior on regular basis & they are try to escape their own errors by putting forwad these to me. I have approached the top senior most Cheif Operating Officer due to this. By approaching COO, my problem starts increasing & I was terminated by the Bank without any valid reasons. I feel very bad about Deutsche Bank AG, that it has spoiled my career first of all & it has spoiled Bank's image due to which I have joined the Bank. My senior Mr. Jagdeep Paul & Mr. Arun Shetty has played a very bad role in my career, not keeping in mind that I was a simply a Clerical Staff & going to develop my career in future.
Lifestyle
I have to be dressed in proper dress code which I have always maintened. My working hours starts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but normally if I have any pending job, then I first finish it & then leave for the day to my residence. I have no Business Trave. My company organised cricket matches for staff, have farewell parties & grand events also.
Compensation
I was paid Rs. 10,956.77 per month + Medical Allowance(One Month Basic Salary) + Bonuses if applicable (I have never received any Bonus from Deutsche Bank).
Advice to Jobseekers
Strength of the Bank is that Deutsche Bank has been declared as No. 1 Bank in the world during August, 2000. But Bank did not retain its position as no. 1 quite long & stumbuled to very low position now worldwide. Good products as far as Personal Banking is concerned. But if you talk about Retial Banking, then Deutsche Bank has no presense in India right now. But they are planning to come in Retail Banking soon. Services are good as far as it is been given to high profile companies. But services are not good as far as general account holder is concerned. Employees have been treated good as far as foreign posting is concerned. But in India Employees are been treated like slaves & let them down any time. Many of Deutsche Bank employees has been asked to forcefully leave the employement. Approx. 20 no.s of employees has left Deutsche Bank, New Delhi Branch forcefully or has been started looking better prospects somewhere else.
