Independent correspondence to the parties as well as
internal.
Planning for Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Internal Audit.
Personnel/HR Department related matters.
Arrangments for Induction Programme for new comers.
Arranging for Meeting arrangements.
Interacting with Packing, Printing, Machinery, Raw
Material etc. Suppliers and arranging for their timely supplies.
Pocessing of Job Applications, their scrutiny, sending
call letters, arranging interviews and shortlisting candidates
for final interviews and completing formalities for recruitments.
All types of Secretarial Activities relating to Internal
Audit, Procurement & HR/Personnel.
Preparing several types of forms.
Preparing weekly, monthly and yearly reports for
submitting to CMD.
During my service tenure, I have been worked with MD, CEO, VP,
Sales & Marketing Head, GM (Finance & Accounts), Head (P&A) etc.

Lifestyle
A particular person is required for this position. Minimum 4 hours per day must
be devoted. Freelence hours should be offered if discussed. Business travel
should be at night hours for company's social events. Employee's dress should be
well, fresh, sober, light-coloured and attractive, with tie and fresh shoes.
Devotion with hard work with keeping mind in there is necessary for a job
seeker.
Language should be fluent and never hesitate for any query which the employer
