INBOUND CALL CENTER. ASSIST CUSTOMER WITH ISSUES IN RE TO
NETWORK, EQUIPMENT, AND BILLING. TROUBLESHOOT VOICEMAIL, SMS,
WIRLESS INTERNET, ETC PROBLEMS. TIER 1 TECH SUPPORT. BILLING
RERATES, RE-CALCULATIONS

Job Requirements
TO GET HIRED HS DIPLOMA, 20-30 WPM TYPING, CUSTOMER SERVICE
SKILLS WERE REQUIRED.
THERE WAS A 3 WEEK INITIAL TRAINING IN WHICH YOU WERE EXPECTED
TO HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT IS REQUIRED OF THE JOB.
2-4 WEEKS 'TRANSITION' CLASS WHERE 'LIVE' CALLS ARE USED FOR
TRAINING.
