Job Requirements
This is a family owned company so I just feel into the
the "position" however, prior to this I had seven years
experience in customer service. I have had to learn things the hard way which
most of the time is the best way. This was and at times still is a learning
experience everyday. I was unable to get the classes I needed to possible make
the transition easier due to the fact that I need
evening classes.

Uppers
*The uppers in this position are the fact that when you do succeed in making a
customer happy they make your job easier.
*There is never a dull moment in this field. You are never bored or feel as
though you are doing the same thing over and over.
*The job is just that a job you realy did not go to college to earna degree in
customer service so if you realy can not handle the position you can move on.
*You feel very valuable to a company when you have succeeded in all of your
position requirments. This is not a position for just anybody you have to have
patience and the ability to smile when you realy want to scream.

Lifestyle
My advice to you would be to get into your new job as just that a job you will
have the good days as well as your bad days. Expect people to be angry and upset,
expect there to be alot of paper work, phone calls, files to be kept up but. Know
that when you put your best foot forward you are learning a line of work that not
a lot of people can do and or keep up with. You will be developeing new skills
that I feel can not be taught in a school. Your future can be good. If you can
stay and commit yourself then you will feel very safe and rewarded. You will find
that everyone in the office will grow to be dependenton you, and you will feel
like a very important part of the company.

Compensation
The salary for this position def. is from one extreme to another you are looking
at $250 per week - up to $36,000 per year. Bonuses may include holiday. Benifits
can be some of the best that I have seen. Typically benifits start from the first
day on the job up to 30 days. But they have the best deductibles and out of
pocket expences.
