Job Responsibilities
Answering Phone Calls for 800#'s: at least 7 hours per day
Following up on phone calls and issues: 1 hour per day
Occasional meetings, Overtime.

Job Requirements
At least an Associate Degree, preferable in business. Previous
Customer Service Experience is most useful, as well as basic
typing and computer skills.

Uppers
Interaction with customers, helping and satisfying them.

Downers
Stressful - Too much to Do, difficult and angry Customers.

Lifestyle
8-hour days, occasional weekends, business casual dress code, diversity, mostly
women but some men

Compensation
About $30,000, benefits if full time (what they are depends on
the company), no bonuses, overtime pay and opportunity (sometimes
required).
