Job Responsibilities
My major responsibilities are to review credit files, which include balance sheet and income statement analysis, cash flow projection analysis, review customers accounts receivable and collateral position and assist lenders with approval of loan submissions. The amount of time spent each week on one loan totals 3-4 days, 7 hours a day.
Job Requirements
B/S degree in business or related fields is required.
Uppers
The best part about my job is going out on client calls and talking with the customers. It gives you a better understanding about your customer's business and how they are running it.
Downers
The worst part about my job is that sometimes, doing the same thing over and over can get boring.
Lifestyle
In general, the work hours will be 40+ hours, some business travel 2-3 times a month, social events occassionally, and business dress all year around.
Compensation
Along with the base salary, quarterly bonuses are given. Benefits and 401(k) is also offered.
