Job Responsibilities
Make route deliveries and pickups in a timely manner. Process
packages (outgoing/incoming), data entry, answer phones, greet
customers, download packages and separate them by zip codes.
Consistently met or exceeded customer service goals.
Demonstrated skillful communications, negotiation skills and
identifies problems. Maintained and operated tracker equipment.
Assist in daily trips to Oakland Airport to load truck from
incoming planes. Responded to emailed and telephone inquires
from customers.

You need at least a high school diploma, and able to past a
basic skills test.

Compensation
You start at about $60,000 for your salary, and once you move up
to manager you can make $75,000. They have
different stock option and also a pretty good retirement plan.
As you move up in management bonuses could range from 2% to 5%
of your salary.

My advice would be learn everything at a fast pace, so you won't
be fighting for years to get into management. This job will get
tougher and going to expect alot more out of newcomers.
