Job Responsibilities
1. Budgeting: asist with preparation of annual capital budget and process fro monitoring results against budget---10% 2. establish procurement policy: establish policy and standard for procurement of construction material---10% 3. Contract Admistrate: control the contract from selecting the suppliers/vendors, signing the contract to the excuting of the contract (major control the payment in this stage).----50% 4. Fixed Assets control: control the fixed assets from forming to vanishing----10% 5. Establishing Policy: develop effective control procedures/policy to monitor the progress of contruction project, payment.----10% 6. Training Staff: Provide training to staff on the related new policy.----10%
Job Requirements
To be competent for this position, following 4 aspects of knowledge. A course for bachelor degree are required. 1. finance knowledge. 2. knowledge on law. 3. knowledge on construction. 4. Management knowledge. Experiences are also required. To be an junior manager level of this position, 4 year experiences are required.
