Job Responsibilities
Prepare and review P&L's. Prepare fianacial planning (budgets).
Handle H/R issues, payroll (prepare and approve commissions) and
benefits within the market. Approve all expenses and sign
checks. Supervise 12 people.

You have to be able to handle flexibale hours. Sometimes you can work 14 hours
and then a week later, you can leave early. Just depends ont he time of the
month.

Compensation
$50,000.00, stock options annually, health insurance (paid about 75% by
employer) and 401k plan.
