Job Responsibilities
Carry out internal and external correspondence concerned with
administration aspects of approximately 200 contracts per year
(25hrs/wk). Design and manage information in the computerised
database (10hrs/wk). Develop systems to improve the efficiency and
effectiveness of the contracting process (5hrs/wk). Assist in the
preparation and monitoring of budgets, milestones and final
reports (1hr/wk). Contract review and negotiation (10hrs/wk).
Supervise and train administration staff (ongoing). Act as the
interface between dept and internal staff (ongoing). Assist in a
cultural shift towards innovation across dept. (ongoing)

Ensuring that contractual procedures such as payments, authorised signatures,
milestone reports and variations are conducted within reasonable time frames.
Successfully negotiating major contracts with input from various parties. enjoy
establishing and maintaining an IP register, developing policy, procedures and
precedents to ensure accountability, efficiency, and transparency across dept.

Compensation
Base salary $100,000 with annual bonus, car, mobile, laptop,
