I worked for Logistics Division and we were responsible for
implementing systems, processes, and improvement programs
throughout distribution and manufacturing network within ConAgra.
Travel - 75% or more.
Training others - 15%.
Configuring/Implementing systems - 20%.
Support/Fighting fires - daily operations - 50%
Writing & publishing new procedures - 15%
I worked roughly 60 hours a week, not including travel 2 or more
days a week.

Job Requirements
Need college degree with work experience, preferably in
operations or management consulting. Most workers in my group
came from PricewaterhouseCoopers and have been involved in supply
chain or warehouse systems consulting.

Advice to Jobseekers
Job was great, Logistics division was great.
ConAgra Foods corporate was not great. Also, food industry is
struggling with low margins. ConAgra trying to focus on branding
products, and selling off commodity food products, to compete w/
Kraft.
