Job Requirements
The classes you need to take for Real Estate are very demanding
and high paste. You have alot of homework to accomplish in a

hour class, mid-term and final exam. Then you take two state
exams. They are NOT easy. You have to make sure you are well
prepared with studying. After you pass everything you are a
licensed Realtor. There are continuing education classes you
need to take every two years. There is also more classes and
exams that you can chose to take to have more knowledge and
recognition if we would like to.

Advice to Jobseekers
Anyone wanting to enter this extremely diverse career, needs to
be patient and willing to put alot of time and effort into it.
You need to get yourself established and that doesn't happen
over night. Hopefully you can hold down your present job while
you fulfil your class requirements and for up to one year there
after, because sometimes you don't earn money right away.
However it does pay off. Some people get into this career path
and expect to start making money right away and then they end up
not persuing what they intended to originally do.
