Work with internal customers on curriculum needs... generate paper based instructor led, job aids, and e-learning programs.
Job Requirements
4 year degree required. 5+ years of design work with knowledge of adult learning principles and ROI evaluation measures. Microsoft applications, Lectora, SimPRO, or similar e-learning development program knowledge.
