4 year degree required. 5+ years of design work with knowledge
of adult learning principles and ROI evaluation measures.
Microsoft applications, Lectora, SimPRO, or similar e-learning
development program knowledge.

Variety, complete input from idea to project finalization, good growth
potential, can expand into other departments as a documentation specialist.

Typical work hours are M-F, 8-5, 10% or so travel, dress code is business casual

Compensation
$64,000 annually plus 10% bonus structure (contingent on meeting
department goals).

Advice to Jobseekers
Entry level into HR field, move over to training as a
facilitator (easiest to get into), progress to
Developer/Designer for curriculum. Advanced degree always helps
get your foot in the door.
