Job Responsibilities One of the two head chef incharge of supplies, deliveries, employee awareness, main courses (entire menu), new dishes on menu, customer happiness. Uppers My own hours, very flexible shifts, work alone some, 1 min from home. Downers Always busy never any peace, always trying to get the waitresses/waiters to try to do there best. Lifestyle Travel is pretty good, it is very little hours, can be crazy at times, the head boss is never around. Compensation Compensation very little except for large Xmas bonus.
