Job Responsibilities
Banking,Sceduling- about 1-2 hours spent weekly,Hiring,Sales
goals- This is an all day event everyday of the week. Charge
goals- have to meet or exceed the goals on a daily and weekly
basis, Average dollar Sales (ADS) this is done buy selling high
dollar items to make up for the smaller purchases , Units per
transaction (UPT) goals the goal is always to have more than 3
items per customer sold. Customer service goals to maintain 100 %
customer service at all times.

41000.00 as a salaried manager.bonus is based on 1% of sales.
