Job Responsibilities
* Working with teams from several government agencies to address information management issues: - Engaged in extensive business process analysis, and requirement analysis and recommending process improvement and automation based on current/best practice research. - Designing, managing and conducting interviews and surveys. - Actively engaged in quality assurance and testing (Alpha and Beta tests) of prototypes. * Managing and participating in multiple and diverse projects simultaneously: - Drafting MOU, proposals (RPF), and contracts. - Developing facilitation plans, interview and survey protocols, case studies, research articles and project reports. - Assuming lead role in planning logistics, organizing and facilitating workshops, seminars, and project meetings. - Recruited, supervised and coordinated 11 interns/project assistants; recruited 3 professional staff. - Created and implemented a program for improving internal communication and knowledge sharing. - Co-created and implemented programs for orienting new recruits, assigning task, monitoring progress, and accomplishing goals. - Gathering requirements and creating documentation for existing information systems. * Played a key role in improving communication and knowledge sharing.
