New Sales & Account Management for 2 distinct car rental
brands. Manage & grow territory with corporate commitments to
use one brand or the other for all business rentals.

Job Requirements
College Degree in Business, Marketing, etc. Sales, leadership
training a plus. Travel industry experience or training helpful
(i.e. CTC or CCTE designation).

Uppers
Implementing a corporation after the agreement is signed and delivered.
Consulting & overcoming challenges with each individual client.

Downers
Paperwork. Submitting & waiting for pricing. Not enough
creativity allowed.

Lifestyle
We are a part of the Travel Industry. That makes what we do a little more
interesting. Heavy travel to cover territory. Dress code is professional attire
at all times. We come in contact with CEO's and heads of industry.

Compensation
Standard base pay for a salesperson. Benefits are excellent -
car, gas, insurance all covered. Some industry discounts are
available. Bonus structure was better, needs to be looked at
again. Can earn up to 25% of base pay each year.
