Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day running of and supervision of the
centre, including that of accounts and
billing,housekeeping,nursing, other paremedic
staff,security,stores and purchases, maintenace and support, and
liason with department-heads; reporting to the Medicl Director
and Board of Trustees and the secretarial work for board
meetings,reports and statistics; liason with government and
banks, filing of tax returns; liason with architects and other
agencies.

Job Requirements
the centre was a medical cardiology speciality, alloted two
seats for super-post graduate medical studies and training for
the Indian 'masters in chirurgy-cardiology' and 'masters in
chirurgy-cardiac surgery' (M.ch.) which allowed two medical post
graduates (M.D.) to study here for the two super-speciality
courses.

job which fortuanately,in India, is governed by strict labour

Lifestyle
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays 9.00am to 5pm, but longer hours when required
including Sundays / holidays; business travel fully reimbursed; good number of
social events at the centre as well as at hotels,convention centres; formal as
well as casual dress code; and the opportuanity to meet specialists trained
abroad and staff and tecnicians from all over India and neighbouring countries.

Compensation
Salaries: Ind Rs 30,000 per month (US$ 500 !!), full medicals
for self and family,(wife, children dependent,parents
dependent),petrol reimbursements for official use, retirement
benefits - gratuity, provident fund; and 12% annual bonus (%of
annual salary).

Advice to Jobseekers
Be ready for lots of hard work and lots of dissapointments, but
very good all round experience, good professional and social
contacts, good compensation packages for similar positions
abroad. Health care is one of the fastest growing industry and
medical administration good for growth, but not in the same
league as industry professional positions.
