Job Responsibilities
My job includes the preparation and expediting of healthy spa
cuisine including entrees, salads, deserts and other guest
requested items.

Uppers
Room for advancement and travel. Fast paced and very popular and expanding
company. A-lot of employee benefits, not only great medical, dental and 401K, but
also full use of the spa facilities and incentives points for improving one's own
physical health through the use of the facilities. Employees may earn points
towards paid days off and a vacation to one of the other spa resorts for 7 and 3
days as well as spa services.

Full-time from 20-40 hour week. Huge diversity of career paths to get into
within this particular company. Geared toward healthy living and the company
encourages the employees to live like the guests, healthy and happy. Dress code
varies on department from uniforms to business atire and business casual. Alot of
employee only events which can also earn incentive points. Alot of team building
and bonding.

Great compensation compared to positions in competing industries.
Recently the owner sold a property and instead of keeping all of
the profit, every one received a monetary bonus. Salary of each
position depends on experience as well as department.
