Uppers
Working with exciting and intelligent people.
Working on top tier assignments with top tier international clients.
|
Downers
Travel and workload.
Work and life balance a big issue. Most people give up their
personal life (even if have family) for the job. This is
required for promotion to Partner. But then only 1% of people
make it to Partner so a high attrition rate.
|
Lifestyle
60 hours per week is normal. 70-80 hours per week sometimes happens. Travel is
always expected. This becomes a huge problem if you want to have
extra-carricular activities (e.g. sports, gym, etc.)

Compensation
Base salary for MBA graduates is approx A$130-140K. Bonus is
about 25%. Sign on bonus is about A$10K. Equity in company is
available only to Partners.
