Job Responsibilities
Supervise engineering group that supports Packaging Operations (10 hrs/week). Manage projects related to equipment upgrades and new equipment installations (25 hrs/week). Respond to equipment issues on the floor (5 hrs/week).

Managing people. Every day is different. Solving equipment issues is challenging and rewarding.

Being politically savvy. This doesn't mean 'politics' in the negative sense. It means being aware of how people perceive you, both negatively and positively, and changing your communication style to work best with every individual, because everyone's different.
