Compensation
I just got a raise to 30,000 a year. My salary is low for this
position because I don't have that much experience and my
employer isn't real fair. Most banquet managers also get a % of
the gratuity which I do not. My last bonus was around $250 at
christmas. They pay 4% of 20% of my salary into my 401k. My
health insurance costs me $57 every two weeks. And I have a
$100 deductible on prescritions and $20 copay. They take $2 out
of my check for everyday I work to be able to eat there. And if
I have to eat in the employee break room it's usually really
bad. But if there is left over food from a banquet it's ok.
