Job Responsibilities
Composing letters and memo's. Composing news letter quarterly.
Filing and maintaining files and records for 4 separate
departments, which includes President, 3 Directors and 3
Coordinators. Verifying contracts for the Planning and
Development department. Attending and taking notes and minutes
for Board meeting and other staff meetings. I set aside
Thursdays to do all of my filing.Security clearance for new
staff. Registration for all staff members to access the system
and e-mails. Set-up access for doctors and staff to access lab
results for patients.

AA degree. Excellent customer service skills. People skills.
Ability to listen and analyze situations and people. Ability to
work independently. Team player.

Lifestyle
Well being a non-profit the atmosphere is somewhat laid back. Not suit and tie
like corporate america. There is more freedom to express and grow.

Compensation
Because I am salary, I tend to be compensated with time off. I
can come in up to 4 hours later than normal and not have to make
the time up.

Advice to Jobseekers
Learn all that you can---even if you know what the person is
explaining to you--act like you dont. Never let your right hand
know what your left hand is doing. Then when you need to pull on
your resources to do the job, everyone is surprised that you knew
it.
