Job Responsibilities
My resposibilitiers are to look at our proposed job/program.
Find out out of those on what we are required to give to the
customer, all the data requirements etc. We also are required to
look at all drawings and specifications to make sure that every
thing was followed properly. They we release the
drawings/documents to production for the build. Through out a
program we have Critical/Technical reviews. We help in those
reviews. We also through out the program do audits to make sure
that we built to what we said we built to. If not then we are
able to document what we built.

Job Requirements
Ball would like you to have a dregree or equivelant years of
experience. There are some special cases. They also do
internships/Co-Ops etc. Quick way to get you foot in the door
and see what it is like before you graduate from College.

Uppers
Best part of my job is the interaction with people. We are a Customer oriented
group. Our customer comes first. But everyone is treated like family weather you
like it or not. Everyone sticks with you through out your career at Ball.

Downers
Some of the worst days are when the comany is going through
change. Change can be good, but there are days that it can bring
the different groups down. They react on one another. But that
doesn't happen very often.

Lifestyle
The lifestyle for Ball is very laid back. You can dress from Jeans to ties or
slacks to dresses. Everyone hase thier own look. You are required to look
"Presentable" when dealing with the customer on site. Dress attire is very laid
back for the most part. They would rather have you comfortable and getting the
work done, then looking great and not having any work done.

Compensation
Entry level positions can very on salary. I started here making
27K with out any College degree. I have just worked hard and
proven that I can do the work just a good as any graduate
weather I have a degree or not. They do do bonuses for every
different things, but there are way to many to list. The one
that I can think of the most is spot bonuses. The will give out
spot bonuses in different ranges depending on what kind of job
was a job well done...

Advice to Jobseekers
Don't stop trying! If you get refused once, keep trying! They
eventually give you a shot at a make it or break it. And don't
worry about speaking out of turn/inappropriate times if you
think the time is rignt.
